Description

This is a double-sided practice page over Functions, Domain & Range and Function Notation. The front (12 questions) asks the student to determine whether a given graph (discrete or continuous) is a function or not. Then they are to find the domain and range of each.

On the back, the student is given a linear equation and asked to find a table of values and then a graph. Then find the domain and range.

The bottom asks them to find specific values in function notation from an equation. Key included.
