Description
It is important for students to interpret and construct a variety of graphs related to real-world situations. In this activity, students look at a graphs and tell possible stories about the data. They also create possible graphs for real-world situations. Students should have a lot of guided practice with this before attempting it on their own. I often have the students try this is small groups or pairs.

Great practice for students to write scenarios and create graphs from given information. It was a way to quickly check-in on their progress.
