Description

I created these forms as another form of documentation.
It seems that every time you turn around, someone is requiring another form or piece of evidence, especially when you are working with special education or additional interventions.
I teach preschool and am also the ECSE teacher, so it seems like I’m always having to create another form of documentation of one kind or another.
Although I know it is necessary, I am not very fond of paperwork, so when I create what I need, I make them as simple and easy to fill out as possible. I wanted the forms to reflect that the GOLD objectives, the Common Core State Standards, and IEP goals are tied together.
This is the first year I have worked with GOLD. I needed additional documentation for a few of my special needs preschoolers so I created these forms because they fit what I needed.
Each objective form is color coded and labeled. I also included examples to show you how I filled them out.
I hope some of you will find these useful also.

Thanks,

Mrs.B
