Here is a way to cover even more of your caseload - this companion packet includes phonological targets that work perfectly with the blank page in the back of each game companion! (But of course if you are the creative type, you can find MANY other ways to use this packet even if you don't own one of the game companions.) A variety of targets are included in this packet so you can pick and choose which targets the students will use and practice.

This packet includes the following phonological targets:

Final Consonant Deletion (2 pages - k, t, p, b, m, n)

Initial Consonant Deletion (2 pages - p, b, f, d, k, t, g)

Fronting (1 page - k, g)

Backing (1 page - t, d)

Cluster Reduction (2 pages - s-blends, r-blends, l-blends)

Stopping (2 pages - s, f, v, z, sh)

Gliding (1 page - l, r)

Prevocalic Voicing (2 pages - p, t, f, k, s)

Syllable Reduction (3 pages - two/three/four syllable words)

Syllable Structure (5 pages - VC, CV, CVC, CVCV)

Directions:

1. Print the needed pages from this add-on packet.

2. Print the blank page from the Thumb Bunny Speech game companion of your choice.

3. Work with your students to select appropriate targets.

4. The student will cut, glue, and practice the selected target words.
