Use this GENERIC HURRICANE TRACKING APPLICATION sheet to assess 4th and 5th grade students' abilities to apply technology skills to the real world skills, like hurricane tracking.
A key is included for standard answers, many answers will vary according to which storm the student works on. See my Hurricane Isaac application sheet (August 2012) to use for a specific named storm (FREE). Suggestion: Guided Practice with one storm for the entire class (i.e. Isaac), the Independent Practice with student choice individually or small group.
