Difficult to set up but once started it was very helpful
My students did well when using this for notes. Folding the paper was a challenge to get the foldable set up, but after it was created, the directions were well written out. I printed copies of the directions, as well as posting the document to Google classroom. I talked about each section we were on, and showed a video about Gregor Mendel when that flap was up to take notes on. I find the students more engaged in the activity when they have something to do with their hands, and this was perfect, and allowed their notes to be well organized with a definition and example for vocabulary words.
Will use in years to come.
Great resource, a quick reminder on using foldables for students to keep them engaged.
Thank you
This worked well for my advanced science class.
My only issue is that I ended up having to make all of the templates for the students. For whatever reason, 14 year olds can't fold, staple, and cut paper as specified without wasting it. A few students would put the information UNDER the flap instead of above the title on the flap.
This is great and also helpful!!!
This will be great for my cotaught class. Thanks for sharing!
