Easter Geoboard Challenge Task Cards Are HERE

This packet is just the first of a mega Holiday Bundle. If you are interested in a Growing Holiday Bundle where you can get 30% off the individual price of each of these packets, it is available HERE.

Using geoboards with rubber bands to create images and designs not only promotes fine motor skills in your students, but it is also a valuable tool that helps develop creativity, planning skills, problem solving and mathematical thinking. In my own classroom, this station activity is part of my morning work. Students are given a task card with a picture to use as a guide, but if the design does not turn out exactly like the picture or if they use different colored rubber bands, it’s still ok. Valuable skills are still being utilized. My students love this hands-on activity and are completely engaged with each challenge.

You can simply place the task cards in a container with basic geoboard base plates and a variety of rubber bands of various sizes and colors.

Here is what you’re going to need.

These Geoboard Challenge Task Cards for Easter are a fun, engaging way for students to practice their fine motor and visual discrimination skills and can be used during learning centers, independent work time, and/or playtime in the classroom. (They don't even realize they are learning when using this cool math tool!) My kindergarteners are always excited to try out new geoboard task cards each month so thank you for making such a variety of them!
