This is a very short activity that allows the students to become familiar with geometric transformations including Reflections, Rotations, Translations and Dilations. There are many facets to these four transformations that are not mentioned but it does show the effect of each type on a triangle or parallelogram on a cartesian plane. The outsides are the notes on each individual while the center gives the opportunity for the students to work through all four of them with a single shape. It can be printed as one page and cut in half as to save space. The answer key is the preview.
