Thank you for the great feedback you left me and I'm sorry you had trouble downloading this item. Here's what to do...
Tpt says that this is a technical issue that they like to handle. Go to their site, click on the "Contact" link at the bottom of the page. When you do this you will open what is called a "ticket". Just fill out the simple form and tell them the problem. They are VERY good at helping and will get back to you.
