In this hangman style game, as students correctly answer questions, they are able to guess letters in attempt to guess the mystery word or phrase. The students continue to answer questions in any order and guess letters until no questions remain. Can the students guess the mystery word or phrase before their battery drains?
Students will need to know the Distance Formula to complete this assignment. If students get decimals in this assignment, they need to round to the nearest tenth. The students answer the questions in any order they prefer. After solving the question on a whiteboard, scratch paper, or the provided workspace, students type their final answer into the appropriate cell. If correct, the students receive immediate feedback by earning an additional guess and revealing a fully charged battery next to their answer.
In contrast, when students answer incorrectly, their answer turns red and a drained battery appears to let them know they should go back and revise their answer or seek help from their instructor.
