Description
*** SAVE 40% *** on fun, LEVELED tasks for every student working on QUADRILATERALS and POLYGONS.
The 4 games in this geometry bundle cover polygons with up to 10 sides and provide activities with a quadrilaterals focus. This bundle of games incorporates classifying shapes in multiple ways by their attributes and asks students to justify their thinking. These 4 low-prep, LEVELED games make differentiated instruction easy!
These resources are also discounted even more in our 3rd Grade Math Centers Mega Bundle.
Great to use for math centers, math workshop, small groups, RTI intervention, independent or partner practice, and early finishers.
***PLEASE NOTE: The long-accepted definition of a trapezoid is a quadrilateral with "only one pair" of parallel sides. However, in recent years, there has been controversy in the math world over the definition as it relates to some calculus formulas in higher math. Some textbooks say "only one pair" and some say "at least one pair." FOR THIS REASON, THIS PRODUCT IS BASED ON THE "AT LEAST ONE PAIR" DEFINITION because I do not want to cause confusion in my students who may later go on to higher math courses. We understand the need to adapt these cards if you teach the "only one pair" definition. We do have a one-page freebie in our store and a poster-size anchor chart that I use in my classroom for quick reference in case you ever need it. It is interesting to share this debate with students and let them discuss how the chart would change based on which definition you subscribe to.
