This pacing guide is based on and coded to the Common Core standards as well as Quality Core, which is curriculum designed by ACT and which are aligned to the Common Core as well. The standards are broken up into units and coded with a CC and QC on the right. Important vocab words are also mentioned. Standards in bold are considered priority standards that should be taught at the cost of anything that is not in bold.
