Description
Need to see how well your students understand using the partitioning formula? This five question Google Form will help you to pinpoint who's struggling and where.
The problems include the following:
- AP:AB
- AP:PB
- translating a fraction into a partitioning ratio
- answers are written in decimal form rounded to the nearest tenth
- multiple choice and dropdown answer choices--these can both be easily changed if you'd like to do so
- several (5-6) answer choices are provided for difficulty; you can delete any of the "extra" answers by clicking the x beside the answers you want to remove
- set up to be auto-graded--but not released to them immediately (You can change this option if you want students to see their grade immediately by just clicking a checkbox in settings ⚙ > quizzes > release grade immediately ✅.)
- set up to shuffle so that students don't see the questions or answers in the same order

This Google Form is great for use as a ticket out the door (exit ticket), a formative assessment, a homework check, a shorter homework assignment, or a warm up.
