My advanced 7th grade students were allowed to do this assignment over Thanksgiving Break for extra credit. I expected to get 1 or 2 back, but because after a few of them did it, they told their classmates how much fun they had and I ended up getting about 50% of my students to finish this assignment...OVER THANKSGIVING BREAK! Thank you. They loved it! They always enjoy when they can use their art skills in math class! And maybe its just my students, but they LOVE to color!
