Geometry STARS for a fun way to learn record new learning, or practice geometry!

This is a special and unique product that that can be used in ALL subject areas: Language Arts, Math, Art, SEL and more! Worksheets in the shapes of various diamonds/rhombuses in different angles. Students will neatly cut out their diamonds/rhombuses, and then glue to paper (or small circle) connect and create a beautiful star! Varying worksheets to create a 5, 6 8 or 10 point star are included.

From here, students can draw, color, or write information in a fun and engaging way. Or, using the larger templates, students can work together to create larger stars. Includes versions without lines (for art projects) and with lines to help students write information.

Suggested Activity Ideas:

  • Kinder - 2nd grade: The activity provides an opportunity for students to practice cutting. Then students will put the pieces together to create a star, similar to a puzzle. Students can finish here. Or, once the pieces are dried, they can write information about something they are learning.
  • 3rd grade and above: The activity helps students better understand angles, symmetry, parallel lines, and more. To extend learning, students can write examples of synonyms/homophones, parts of speech or new vocabulary words. This star becomes an engaging and beautiful way to present any information.
  • Students can create a star about themselves, favorite foods, or their family. For special events or occasions, students can be responsible for one large diamond/rhombus piece, and then these can be combined to make a large star(s).


Easy prep, and ideal for Fun Friday afternoons, indoor recess, or substitute plans. Make copies to regular paper, or colored construction paper. The possibilities are endless!
