Description
Need to see how well your students understand finding volume of spheres and hemispheres, cylinders and cones, and prisms and pyramids? This five question Google Form will help you to pinpoint who's struggling and where.
The problems include the following:
- questions are set up as a multiple choice grid
- students must find the volume of a sphere, hemisphere, cylinder, cone, rectangular prism & pyramid, and triangular prism & pyramid
- all of the questions are editable
- answer choices that are designed to be more challenging, less obvious
- 6 answer choices--you can delete any of the extra ones if you'd like to do so...or add more
- set up to be auto-graded--but not released to them immediately (You can change this option if you want students to see their grade immediately by just clicking a checkbox in settings ⚙ > quizzes > release grade immediately ✅.)
- set at 20 points total--you can change the point values for each question (completely customizable)
- set up to shuffle so that students don't see the questions or answers in the same order

This Google Form is great for use as a ticket out the door (exit ticket), a formative assessment, a homework check, a shorter homework assignment, or a warm up.
This Google Form can be further customized to fit your classroom needs!
Some of the options available to you to customize the assignment include:
- Scrambling the order of the problems✔ and/or the answer choices✔
- Auto-grading✔
- Changing the format from multiple choice/matching to constructed responses
- Adding, editing, or deleting problems and answers
- Requiring students to sign in✔ or not
- Allowing students to see their grade immediately or when you choose✔
- Changing the assigned point values
