Description
This is a study guide for Domain 3 of Georgia's US History course, which is assessed by the Georgia Milestones EOC test. This domain is 15% of the EOC assessment.
I give open-ended study guides as we complete each domain, and I've found students using Google or Wikipedia to complete these study guides, sometimes writing answers from the search result page, not even clicking on a link. For students who are overwhelmed at the thought of finding specific answer to specific open-ended questions, I created a matching study guide based on the information that I have found the GPS and EOC to focus on. This Domain 3 study guide has several sections: Important people, SSUSH11, SSUSH12, SSUSH13, and SSUSH14.
This could also be used as an exam, group activity, or guided reading assignment, depending on your needs.
I used Bodoni MT font, based on this article: http://www.nytimes.com/2011/04/19/health/19mind.html?pagewanted=all&_r=0 I'm willing to try it! :)
