Description

This is a checklist to help students with attentional difficulties such as ADHD self-monitor while working independently. I am a middle school learning specialist, so it was created for students at this level, but can be edited for any student. The front side has a "getting started checklist". On the back is a flowchart that guides students through answering questions and encourages them to use their resources to search for answers to questions before asking for help. You can even laminate this card and give the student dry erase markers to check off steps as he or she completes them.
