A pre-reading activity that was designed for Google Classroom, but that can be adapted for use with a classroom projector and students writing on the handout. Includes using the 3-2-1 reading strategy with a biography of Kingsolver, listening and response questions for a video interview with the author, and a written response to quotations by the author.
