Students use their math and organizational skills to plan, create and manage a budget to build a Gingerbread House. The Gingerbread House Project can be a stand alone activity OR is the PERFECT anchor lesson to building a candy house using graham crackers and candy. Math skills used include measurement (perimeter, area, volume etc.,), money, estimation, addition, subtraction, and multiplication.
