This is a great fishing game to reinforce expanded form with three-digit numbers. Students fish for matches of standard form and expanded form. Once they have a match, they keep the pair of fish and record their pair. The player with the most pairs at the end is the winner if students are playing in pairs/groups. This is super fun when played with a magnetic fishing pole, but the fishing pole is not necessary.
This set includes 18 matches and 8 spaces to record on the recording form.
