Description

This bundle includes math stations for the Harcourt Go Math Common Core curriculum. These stations can be done individually or with a partner. It includes stations for chapters 3-6. Here's what's included:

Chapter 3
1. Bump: a game kids love to practice basic math facts

3. Ice Cream Loop: a board game with various word problems

4. Triple Scoop: add three numbers and match the answer to the card

5. Related Facts: sort number sentences into groups of related facts

Chapter 4
1. Regrouping Models: Students use a card to help make a regrouping model using base ten blocks. Then, they record their answers.
2. Addition with Regrouping Match: Students practice addition with regrouping
3. Addition Challenge: Students work with a partner to answer word problems and make tally marks on a scoring sheet.
4. Circus Match: Students match addition sentences with addition sentences that use the compensation strategy.

Chapter 5
1. Subtraction Round-Up: Students practice subtracting using a number line.

2. Tractor Pull: Students use base ten blocks to model subtraction.

3. Haystacks: Students practice 2-digit subtraction with regrouping.

4. On the Farm board game: Students practice word problems.

Chapter 6
1. Alien Addition - use base ten blocks to help solve addition problems (2 sets of problems included - one set with regrouping, one set no regrouping)

2. Spaceship Subtraction - use base ten blocks to help solve subtraction problems (2 sets of problems included - one set with regrouping, one set no regrouping)

3. Planet Bump - the game of Bump with problem cards that include word problems
