Description
Push this google sheet out on Google Classroom for each child. They can input their answers from Go Math!, Grade 4, lesson 13.4 homework practice book pg. 231 to check their work!
Cell will turn green if the answer is correct. The cell will not change any color if the answer is incorrect. (This is called conditional formatting.) Google sheet gives students multiple opportunities to input answers if first try not correct. {student sample included in thumbnail images}
Special instructions are given in bold and yellow (ex: Don't forget to label numbers 11 and 12)
Google Sheets provide students the opportunity to receive immediate feedback and rework problems without having to wait until the next school day to see if their work is correct!
A fantastic way to integrate technology, provide immediate feedback, and give teacher formative assessment data.
Covers standard 4.MD.3
Apply the area and perimeter formulas for rectangles in real-world and mathematical problems. For example, find the width of a rectangular room given the area of the flooring and the length, by viewing the area formula as a multiplication equation with an unknown factor.
