Description

These cards are ready to go to make your data collection and differentiation easier! They are perfect for IEP goals, or for progress monitoring and data collection for all students.

You can print them as-is and hand write the information, or type in the student’s name and goal before printing. Divide them by individual student or by goal type!

I like to put all of my literacy and math goals together with my small group materials, so that I have them on hand when working with individual students. They're great to give to paras to help with record keeping!

Use a hole punch on the corner and keep them on a ring for quick and easy record keeping on the go.

Includes goal sheets for:

  • Literacy
  • Math
  • Fine Motor
  • Social
  • Bonus sheet that simply says "goal", to customize for your own needs

This resource is great to promote independence for IEP goals and also helps when working with paras/aides in the classroom. I plan to use them more at the beginning of the school year.
