This product is a great way to get families and students involved in goal setting and monitoring. Work together as a team during parent teacher conferences to come up with personal goals for each student and document the goals on the form provided. There is also a goal monitoring sheet included so you can revisit the goals at the end of a quarter/trimester and create new goals as needed. Students will achieve goals faster as you all partner together towards success!
