Good Friend Acrostic Poem Writing Project
Share

Description

This is a writing project for our youngest writers! It is an acrostic poem with the word friend. Students write characteristics of a good friend. It is especially good for poetry units. For this writing activity, students all use the same writing template.
Beginning writers can write one word for each letter. Intermediate writers can write phrases. Independent writers can write sentences or one coherent story. Finished pages make a great bulletin board display! There are flashcards included for you to print for students to reference as they write for each letter. There are also big friends for students to color to add to your bulletin board display. Please consider leaving a 5 star review.
