This is a fun little poem to do at the end of winter. Students choose a word from the goodbye word column and write it on the goodbye space. Then students choose the corresponding hello word and write it on the hello space. It will sound like this:
Goodbye snow
Hello mud

Au revoir no birds
Bonjour robins
