Description
This digital resource allows your students to work on number sense and building the foundation of addition with composing and decomposing numbers. Just as rekenreks are used in the classroom to help model building numbers, your students can drag and drop beads to create numbers on their own digital rekenrek. Assign either one or as many slides as you would like!
If you are distance learning and using google classroom (or google drive) to share files, you can use a very simple daily warmup or number talk check in or activity to start your math lesson. It can also be used as a quick assessment.
