Magic Squares are self-correcting puzzles that engage students so they can practice addition without even knowing. Students must complete the 12 grids so that each column, row and diagonal add up to the given magic sum. As they progress through the google slides, the challenge increases.

How can I use this product?

Share the Google slides with your students and they can solve the puzzles online. There is also an optional paper recording sheet if you want your students to answer the puzzles on paper and turn it in to you. You can also display them on a whiteboard and have your whole class solve them.

A PDF file (4 pages) with instructions to set up a free google account and how to copy the slide show into your google drive so you can share it with your students.
