I have created a revised end-module assessment for module 4. I have revised and written new questions more akin to the format of real NYS test questions including both multiple choice style questions and extended response questions. I have based my question design on the released questions provided by NYS. Also included is a list of the common core standards being assessed by each item on this test. Some questions assess more than one standard. These questions are very realistic to what has been asked of students on past state tests.
