This is a collection of Google Forms designed to be used through the Google Classroom platform. The app Equatio has been used to create all of the fractions and mixed numbers, and students do not need the app to answer any of the problems.

These forms are perfect for in-class practice, homework assignments, or even as mini quizzes!

All of the Google Forms are currently set to be:

• auto-graded
• show progress
• allow one answer
• show results when submitted

but all of these features can of course be adjusted and set to your needs. You can also always edit, remove, or add any problems.
