Description
Use this Guided Notes document, in either Google Sheets online form or printable PDF, to begin your students’ second lesson on ratios: deriving numbers from ratios. While your students will have copies without the terms filled in, you can teach using the Answers/Completed Work document. The document includes two practice problems.
After the students have finished this, have them do the online practices“Grade 6 Ratios Check In 2” and “Grade 6 Ratios Check In 3”(sold separately), or the worksheet “6.RP.A.1 Finding Values from Ratios Worksheet” (included with “Grade 6 Ratios Worksheets Bundle.”)
