This is a gradebook which contains space for 8 subjects, and up to 50 students. Grades are automatically calculated, and you can excuse assignments. The grades are compiled all on one page, and letter grades are automatically assigned based on the student's score (the grade range for each letter grade is adjustable). Missing assignments are automatically highlighted.

Each subject has three weighted category (although you can use only one or two), and you can change what each category's weight is in each individual subject. For example, I could have assignments worth 60% in math, and tests worth 40% while in science I have assignments, tests and quizzes all worth 33% - these weightings are automatically applied and calculated.


You enter the mark each assignment is out of, and the grade the student achieved, percentages are then automatically calculated and averaged out. There is also the ability to excuse missed assignments. Students who have a grade under 50% are automatically flagged in red on the grades page.


This gradebook should save a ton of time calculating grades by hand, as well as giving you real time feedback as to where your students are achieving.
