Description

Looking for a complete lesson on graphing linear equations in point - slope form? This set of notes, PowerPoint, and extra practice activity is just what you need and is ready to print and go! The notes can easily fit into students' interactive notebooks with just one fold!

Within the notes students will learn the formula for point - slope form and how to use it to graph lines. They will also be able to express characteristics of linear functions such as domain, range, increase or decrease, end behavior, and intercepts. Students will also be able to write the point slope equation given the slope and a point on the line, as well as given a graph.

The seven examples in the foldable follow an editable PowerPoint. Additionally, there are extra practice problems at the end of the PowerPoint that can be used as more guided practice, independent practice, or formative assessments.
