Description
This set includes digital note and activity pages on graphing linear equations written in slope-intercept form.
Notes:
Included in this set of digital pages are 3 pages on graphing a line written in slope-intercept form to add to your digital Algebra curriculum. The first 2 pages walk students through the steps they must follow to graph lines written in slope-intercept form. There is an alternate option of this page that can be found at the end of the document that has space for students to write the steps themselves – rather than having the steps given to them. The final page has students graph 4 lines written in slope intercept form. Colored and black and white versions of each page are included (to allow for students who may need the differentiation).
Included in this set :
- 2 guided note pages
- 1 practice page
- Completed suggested answer keys
Activity Pages:
Included in this set of digital pages are 3 pages on graphing a line written in slope-intercept form. Students will take the points and the lines given and graph each line. The first page also has students identify the slope and the y-intercept of the line given. The black and white version requires students to label each line. They can move the equation of the line and use it to label the line. The colored version has a color assigned to each equation. Students just graph the colored line. They do not label those lines (as the color shows which equation that line is the graph of).
Included in this set :
- 3 digital activity pages
- Completed suggested answer keys
To use these pages:
Review information with students. There is no “correct” order. These pages are meant to be practice for students. One of the sets of pages is black and white, one copy has color. Choose which page(s) you want students to have. Make a copy of the document. As the pages are different, you could assign a pair of students to complete the pages. Have one student complete one of each type of page, then have them swap and check each others work. Delete any unnecessary pages (like the answer key, and the direction page) before making a copy and sending to students!
