Description

This editable algebra foldable organizes notes, steps, and examples for graphing quadratics in Standard Form and Vertex Form. I use this foldable as a review after working with each of them separately, so students can compare the two forms side by side.

Perfect for interactive math notebooks! I use this type of assignment during whole group guided instruction, but it would also work great for intervention, small group, centers, or during a tutoring session.

This download includes a print + go PDF version, as well as the editable PowerPoint file. Please download the preview to get a better look at the page set up and the exact content included.

Great to review standard vs. vertex form. I was able to add a few extra examples on the back if my students needed it.
