This is a quiz over Graphing Rational Functions. 4 different versions of the quiz are included.
Each quiz has one vertical asymptote, one horizontal asymptote and one hole. Students are also asked to identify the zeros, y-intercept, domain & range, where the function is discontinuous and any other points needed to graph the function. Factoring will be needed to find the hole. Key included.
