Description
The worksheet provided features 9 problems where students are expected to graph the rational function and list the key features such as:
vertical asymptotes
horizontal asymptotes
removable discontinuities ("holes")
while also providing them with space to show their work and a graph to plot their end result.
There are NO slant asymptotes on this worksheet.
The second set of problems require students to identify key features of a the graph given and write the equation of the graph based on these features.
These questions can be used together, separately, or removed from the worksheet as desired. Many times we use these as "discovery" questions or critical thinking and challenge questions.
The answer key is provided.
