I used these after a break as stations to review multiple lessons taught within my classroom. I had students travel as groups of 4 to different tables in the room to complete the stations. They will need rulers/straight edge at the intercepts station. I had them move on after a period of time, regardless of station completion to make sure everyone got to every station. Their homework was to finish any stations that they didn't complete in class. This could also be an independent work packet.

· 2-page station for each of four topics: intercepts, converting between forms, creating a table of values given an equation, and writing a slope-intercept equation from various beginning forms

· an answer key to the stations in Word and PDF form

Four stations (front and back) for practice for students is included. The problems are placed in gray outlined boxes to create a workspace for students (if they need it). The worksheet is in Word and PDF.

My answer key is provided (sorry, I write small). It is provided as a PDF, but also as a Word document. I complete my answer keys on my iPad, so you can edit certain problems/answers if you choose to in Word.
