Description
This homework assignment includes three word problems for which students formulate a system of linear equations, graph them, find the solution from the graph and check their answer. Graphing grids are provided. Also, there are additional homework problems where students solve a system of linear equations by graphing and show understanding of classifying system of linear equations as inconsistent, consistent dependent or consistent independent. Lastly, a graph is provided and students are asked to give domain, range, and intervals of increasing, decreasing, positive and negative. Then, they are asked to graph a simple transformation of the given graph.
