Description
Given the equation of a line in point-slope form, students must identify the point and slope from the equation and then graph the equation. This worksheet took my students about 15 minutes working in groups of 1-3 students.

Love the easy-to-follow format and traditional practice this offers, as students need this at the end of the day!
Love this!
This resource worked really well with my students. It was easy to differentiate and sparked good math discussions. I appreciate how clearly everything is explained for both teachers and students.
Great product
This is a wonderful resource. The student really enjoyed!
Very useful!
Students were engaged and were doing the work effectively!
I adapted the resource a little bit to fit the needs of the my students but it worked out so well for an in-class assignment.
I used this resource as a reinforcement for teaching point-slope form, which my students struggled with. I provided adequate, repetitive practice for the concept. We did group work and independent work with this resource. The only thing I would have liked is for the graphs to be larger. However, I would still recommend this resource.
This was a nice practice activity for my students to use.
My students love using this resource! It was completely useful to help them with their difficulties.

CCSS8.EE.B.5
Graph proportional relationships, interpreting the unit rate as the slope of the graph. Compare two different proportional relationships represented in different ways. For example, compare a distance-time graph to a distance-time equation to determine which of two moving objects has greater speed.
CCSSHSF-LE.A.1
Distinguish between situations that can be modeled with linear functions and with exponential functions.
