This is a great and fun way to engage students with collecting and graphing data. It can be used as a math center or whole class activity.

Instructions:

-Provide students with a set of the colorful Goldfish crackers.

-Students will sort the Goldfish crackers by color and add a tally mark for each Goldfish in the correct box.

-Students will write the total number of each color of Goldfish crackers.

-Students will then fill in the bar graph and picture graph and answer the follow-up questions.
