Graphs of Rational Functions
Share

Description

This is a graphic organizer to be used as notes for defining and describing graphs of rational functions. An example is given for finding vertical asymptotes and two methods for finding horizontal asymptotes. The first is to find the inverse function then see where it is undefined. The second is to divide the numerator and denominator by the highest power of x then find the value when x approaches infinity. It does not go into detail on actually graphing the functions and does not include holes.
