This resource is an excellent way for you to chart and watch the progress of your students as you progress monitor them using Acadience Reading measures. The assessment materials must be obtained elsewhere.

This bundle contains progress monitoring graphs for all measures tested in 6th grade. It is a great resource to have especially for those who are testing on and off-level.

Research has shown that making progress visible and including students in conversations about their data/goal setting makes a sizable difference in student growth. Use these graphs as an easy tool to help student mark, chart, and observe their own progress!

This resource contains 2 of each kind of graph: One that contains a goal line for the EOY score, and one that does not, leaving the freedom to write in your own goal with your student. The graphs track over 10 testing periods, leaving plenty of time for your student to make growth!
