Group work can be so beneficial. But one of the biggest worries as a teacher is that my students don't think they will be held accountable. Or that one student will try to do more than their share, or very little. I developed this reflection to allow students to actually sit back and write about their contribution and how they believe their group functioned as a whole. I find my students tend to be very honest and it really makes them stop and think about their role in the group.
