This resource can be edited and used at the end of any project!
Students use this Google Form™ to evaluate both their own performance in a group as well as the actions of their group members. Before beginning a project in which students evaluate each other and themselves, make students aware they will complete evaluation forms. Prior to students completing this Form™, let them know that their responses will be kept confidential and will not be shared with group members, to encourage students to be more candid and forthcoming with their responses. After reading the evaluations, determine what actions will be targeted next.
