Get started with your math intervention and small groups in a snap! This resource has everything you need to get organized with your guided math groups.
First you track your students' data points. Then form groups based on level. You will be able to easily group your students and create a schedule of when you will meet with them. It also comes with a lesson plan template, so that you can plan out what you will do when you meet with them.
I have also included bin labels, so that you can put any worksheets, notebooks, guided reading books or student folders for that group. That way when it comes time to meet with them, you have everything nicely organized.

What is Editable:
- The charts are all FULLY editable, so you can change the name of the tests.
- The only thing not editable is the headers on each page due to copyright of the fonts!
- The cells are editable to color code by below level, on level, above level.
- The grids are editable so you can add/remove as many columns as you need depending on how many tests you want to track!
- The group names and bin labels are editable!
