These are skeletal or guided notes to use when introducing Prime Numbers. If you are unfamiliar with the format, there are blanks for students to complete as you introduce the notes/material. I used these with my learning support class. You may want to add more information for a more advanced class. I have included the copy of the notes with the blanks completed which you may want to provide for some students depending on the needs of your class. There is also a second page which introduces prime factorization.
