Description
Provide your students with a clear and organized resource that goes beyond the typical agenda or assignment notebook. This handout promotes active listening, note taking, critical thinking, and long-term planning with spaces for the date, topics covered, notes, a question to ask, homework, future work, and references. An optional signature line is provided for parents, guardians, resource teachers or other individuals who should be involved in classwork communications. Print the page double sided for a folder or binder or use it single sided with the back blank for doodles or visual note taking. This resource can be used by students of various grades, classes, and levels (including students needing extra structure and high achieving, organized students). Printing on colored paper coded by subject can help with organization and with visual processing challenges for students who struggle with reading black on white.
