A quick doodle/guided note template for reviewing integer operations. This is for students who already have been taught all the integer operations but need a refresher. A great activity for the beginning of the year!

I personally start my Math 8 course out with this quick review (followed by my Integer/negative Matching game). Great fun lesson to start a course out with, plus I find lots of students are nervous when working with negatives.

I believe in two major rules when it comes integers:

1- same sign positive/add, different signs negative/subtract

2- a negative is the same thing as a subtraction symbol.

All slides are fully editable! Allowing teachers to easily change questions to complement the needs of your own students! Yay!
